The main purpose of this site is to create a central database of non-resident Bangladeshi’s around the world so that in case of any necessity we can all communicate and act or I should say try to act together. Secondary objective of this site is to do some voluntary work in Bangladesh. It may include raising fund for various victims, helping poor
brilliant student, donating technology to the less privileged etc.
I would like to explain little bit more about this. Bangladeshi’s have been living around the world for many years. From my eighteen years of experience as a non-resident Bangladeshi, I can confidently tell you that all of us are very patriotic and keep a little Bangladesh in our heart. We all work hard and move forward towards success. You all would agree with me that whenever we get a chance, we think and talk about our country and people. Many of us might dream of doing something for our motherland. But it is not possible to act alone for many reasons; may be resource, finance, contact etc. So my mission through this site is to organize and co-ordinate any kind of activity that would benefit our motherland. With a little individual help through this site can form a big source of resources if we all can act together. I would like to mention here one thing very clearly that I am not doing this for any name or fame. It is just hunger of my mind to do something for my country. She has given us an identity and if we have the capability to do something, why not? I believe if we can even help one person to fight poverty towards his success in life, our effort will be worthy. It does not necessary have to be a big thing. We can start with very little.I wish all of you come together and register yourself here. I will seek your help when time comes. At the present moment my focus is to promote this site to Bangladeshi community in various countries. I am also seeking your help in this matter as well.
